A Yoga Event at San Diego's Cat Cafe

Practice with the kitties of San Diego’s Cat Café. Instructor Laura McIntire will guide an all levels hatha yoga practice suitable for beginners followed by time to socialize with the adoptable cats. The kitties may help with adjustments and encouragement. Coffee and tea will be available for purchase, if you would like something stronger it is BYOW (bring your own wine).
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the San Diego Humane Society.
